Return Policy

Damaged, lost or stolen products

Items shipped with UPS or USPS Priority include insurance. If you receive your item destroyed or damaged send a photo of item and any damaged boxing so we can process a replacement. If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 3 days of receipt along with a photo.  It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. All damaged items must be in unused/unworn condition. Any damages resulting from customer cutting package with scissors and cutting garments will not be replaced.

Items shipped with USPS First Class (Standard Shipping) do not include insurance.  We are not responsible for broken or stolen items, if you want coverage, then please upgrade your shipping.

Shirt sizes are available on each listing. It is up to customer to order a proper sized item based on the provided size charts. No refunds on items ordered too small or big. Items that run small are alerted on the listing and items that recommend sizing up are also listed. Customer should use shirt sizing chart to order proper size. If not sure we suggest to email us first.

International buyers should consider purchasing upgraded shipping if they want insurance. We are unable to maintain responsibility for any mishandling of your package.

Returns / Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for products delivered as ordered. Due to the custom nature of each order we cannot allow returns only replacements on damaged items due to postal handling. USPS only covers priority boxes. Again, International orders must buy premium shipping for protection. If not, you have denied any protection and accept responsibility of any damages to your package and item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable); Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Due to hygiene reasons, items worn will be automatically declined for refund in any case. Items 14 days or old will also automatically be denied refunds.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 business days of receipt. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.  If you need to exchange it for the same item due to damage, contact us with our contact form to coordinate the process. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you refuse delivery of an item, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover our lost shipping cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect against damage or loss.
