SUBSCRIPTION BOX REFUND POLICY AND TERMS
- If you're a subscriber (your card has been charged) and you do not want to have your box sent, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before items are shipped. We do offer refunds for unshipped items, but once a box has shipped we can not offer any refunds.
- We do not offer refunds if items in box are items you are not interested in.
- We can not accept returns on any boxes.
- You can cancel anytime via your customer dashboard or simply email us at email@example.com. Must cancel before the billing cycle.
- If you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement!
- Every month five lucky boxes will have a golden ticket item. Golden ticket items are HSM Box exclusive items. Only five of these items will ever be created.
- Box subscriptions are charged on the 20th of every month and sent out every 30th of the month (28th in Feb)
- If you order before the 20th, you will be charged again on the 20th to prepay for next month's box. This is not a double billed charge.
*If you sign up on the 1st, you will be charged for that month's box and will be charged again on the 25th for the next month's box. The charge for the 1st is for the box sent out on the 28th and the charge on the 25th will be for the next month's box.
